What if I go over the weight limit?

Modest overshoot — typically up to 15% over the included tonnage — is on us. Severe overloads tier up at rates disclosed at booking, not after pickup. You see the number before you pay; it never changes after.

What if my project takes longer than 3 days?

Add days at $15/day, any time before pickup. Text us, click a link in your booking confirmation, or just hang on to it — we'll send a reminder text the day before pickup with a one-tap extend button.

What if I picked the wrong size?

Same-day swap is free. We deliver the bigger one and take the smaller back. You pay only the difference between the two base prices — no second delivery fee, no rescheduling.

Do I need a permit?

Depends on your city and where the dumpster is going. If it sits entirely on private property, usually no. If any part touches public street, usually yes. We detect this by ZIP at checkout and pull the permit for you at cost — the line item is the city's number, no markup.

What can't I put in?

No hazardous materials — paint, chemicals, batteries, asbestos, tires, electronics, or anything flammable. Concrete and dirt may need a heavy-debris-tier rental. Everything else — household, construction, demo, yard waste, roofing — is fine.

How fast is delivery?

Same-day in 38 metros, next-day everywhere else we serve. Book before 2pm local for next-day delivery. We'll text you a 2-hour delivery window the morning of, and text again 30 minutes out.

Do I need to be home?

No. Tell us where to put it in the booking notes — driveway, side of the house, specific spot. Hauler will drop it where you said and text you a photo when it's placed. Same for pickup.
