Cancellation policy:

Example timeline:
- Tuesday 2pm: You book for Wednesday 10am delivery
- Tuesday 10pm: You can cancel free (more than 24 hours left)
- Wednesday 8am: You can still cancel free (2 hours left)
- Wednesday 10:15am: Too late — dumpster is en route or delivered
After pickup is scheduled:
Once you've texted "DONE" and pickup is scheduled, cancellation follows the same rule: you can cancel free up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time.
Why the 24-hour window?
We need time to notify the hauler and reassign the dumpster slot to another customer. Anything less than 24 hours leaves the hauler with dead time.
