Prohibited Items
The following items cannot be placed in any dumpster:
- Hazardous materials (chemicals, solvents, pesticides, fuels)
- Paint and paint cans (unless completely dried)

- Medical waste
- Tires (special handling required)
- Asbestos-containing materials

Haulers & Service Providers
Dumpsters are owned, delivered, and serviced by third-party haulers operating as independent contractors. Haulers are not employees, agents, or partners of TapDump. TapDump facilitates booking, payment, and support, but does not perform delivery or hauling directly. TapDump is not liable for the negligence or acts of independent haulers beyond the limits set out below.
Property Damage & Placement
Roll-off dumpsters are heavy and can damage driveways, pavement, landscaping, underground utilities, and irrigation systems. By selecting a placement location, you accept the risk of surface and subsurface damage at that location. TapDump and haulers are not liable for damage to driveways, turf, irrigation heads, sprinkler lines, septic covers, underground utilities, or overhead obstructions at or near the placement area, except in cases of gross negligence.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TAPDUMP'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM. TAPDUMP IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF USE OR PROPERTY VALUE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY.
This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including liability for gross negligence or willful misconduct.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TapDump and its haulers from claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: (a) your breach of these terms; (b) your violation of law or permit requirements; (c) placement of prohibited items in the container; or (d) damage caused by improper loading or overfilling.
Cancellation & Refunds
Cancellation and refund terms are set out in our Refund Policy.
Force Majeure
TapDump is not liable for failure or delay in performance caused by events outside reasonable control, including weather, natural disasters, carrier outages, public health emergencies, or government action.
Termination
TapDump may refuse or cancel service at its discretion, including when the container contains prohibited materials or when a placement location becomes unsafe. Indemnity and limitation-of-liability provisions survive termination.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes not resolved informally will be brought in the state or federal courts of Wyoming, and you consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in those courts.
Severability & Entire Agreement
If any provision of these terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. These terms, together with the Privacy Policy, SMS Consent, and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and TapDump regarding the service.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted with a new "last updated" date. Continued use of TapDump after changes constitutes acceptance.
