What exactly counts as "curbside"?+

Curbside means within 10 feet of the public road — sidewalk, driveway apron, alley access, or the end of your driveway. Items don't have to be on the curb itself. If a hauler can reach it without entering your property, it qualifies.

What's the cutoff time for same-day pickup?+

Book by noon and pickup happens by evening. Book after noon and your pickup is scheduled for early the next morning (typically 7–10 AM). We'll confirm your window when you book.

Can I book for an apartment with no driveway?+

Yes. Items can be placed at the building entrance, a designated loading zone, or the nearest public curb. Note your building type during booking and we'll match you with a hauler familiar with that setup.

What happens if the hauler doesn't show up?+

You get a full refund or a free rebooking — your choice. Every hauler is verified and insured, but if something goes wrong, we don't make you fight for your money. You'll also get text updates throughout the day so you always know the status.

Do I need to disassemble anything?+

No. Items go out as-is. The only exception is if something physically can't fit in a standard pickup truck — but most household items don't require disassembly. If you're unsure, add it to the cart and check.

What items can't you take?+

We can't take: household paint, hazardous chemicals, tires, construction debris (drywall, concrete, lumber), asbestos, propane/gas tanks, loose batteries, or medical waste. These require specialized disposal that falls outside our hauler model.

How do I add more items after I've booked?+

Contact us before 8 AM on your pickup day and we'll update your order. Adding items after pickup has started isn't possible, but next-day additions are easy.

When do I get charged?+

Your card is charged when you confirm your booking — not after pickup. This locks in your hauler and your price. If your pickup doesn't happen, you're refunded automatically.

Can I cancel or reschedule?+

Yes. Cancel or reschedule up to 2 hours before your pickup window at no charge. Cancellations within 2 hours are non-refundable — we've already assigned a hauler and they're on the way.

What if it's raining on my pickup day?+

Haulers work in rain. Light weather doesn't affect pickups. If there's a severe storm or flash flood warning in your area, we'll proactively reschedule and notify you.
